Marcel has over 30 years’ experience in several sectors and industries. He occupied the following positions during this period: Deputy General Secretary of the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM), Chairman of the Mineworkers Investment Company (MIC), Member of Parliament, and for 17 years the Executive Chairman of Hosken Consolidated Investments (HCI). He presently also serves on the following boards: Rex Trueform Group Limited, African & Overseas Enterprises Limited, Texton Property Fund Limited, Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited and Vunani Limited.
Catherine L. Lloyd
Non-Executive Director
Catherine is a qualified attorney and currently serves as the General Counsel of the Geomer Investment Group. She is also the CEO of the Rex Trueform Group, an investment company listed on the JSE where she is responsible for the management of the investments of the group including Queenspark Retail Stores, a property portfolio, and two water concession services companies (Silulumanzi and Siza Water).
Chitongwa F. Siame

Chito holds a BSc (Hons.) in accounting and he is a Chartered Accountant. Before completing a Masters in Financial Management he gained invaluable experience in internal control (Sarbanes Oxley Compliance). Chito is also part of the Unlisted Investment team at Mergence.
